They pretend not to see inputs of their own employees and override them and send billing that they know is incorrect, thus frustrating their customers. My problem with att all these yrs has been the billing dept. I hope the att billing dept doesn’t override him and send me another convoluted bill.
A DECEITFUL ACT DOWNLOAD UPGRADE
I got back the 30 upgrade fee waiver that i was promised by Jamie and also he adjusted my payment going forward to 1/month as promised and not 17.50. I called att on monday and talked to one of the nicest and understanding agent who listened to me thoroughly, investigated my situation and cleared it all up. I dont know to how many people they have done this. They tricked me into getting, cause of only 1/month.
This deceitful act by this company has to be stopped in court of law. I intend to sue them in small claims court. It is really sad they have to resort to such tactics to make business and i have been with them since 1974 when i first came to usa. At&t is the most deceitful and unethical company out there. Lo and behold, i receive a bill showing 17.50 as 1 of 36 installments for iphone 12 mini and also the 30 she waived added in. I kept on asking her are you sure or is this some trickery? She said all i need to pay is taxes on the phone and ins of 8.99 per month. I didnt believe her, but she persisted, no strings attached, only 1/ month.
After I finished, she wouldn’t let me hang up and insisted that there is special promotion for only ten people to get new iphone 12 mini for only 1/per month. The lady i talked said her name was Jaimie. On February 19, 2022, i called in at&t for some issue not related to acquiring new phone.
